Fresh pineapple juice - debloating and glowing skin

|1/2 fresh pineapple|1 orange|½fresh lemon or lime|Berries or orange slice for decoration
|Put ½fresh pineapple chunks and the peeled orange into a blender|Add ⅔ cup of water (150ml)|1 Tablespoon honey or agave syrup|Blend that mix until it's all nice and smooth|Then pour the mix into a jar and strain it (this is optional)|When you get the mixed juice, squeeze ½lemon juice into the jar and stir it
|Refrigerate the mix for 1 to 2 hours before serving or you can drink it over ice
|Decoration with berries or orange slice as your own choice
