|A handful mint leaves (choose the soft baby leaves)|Half cucumber|¼ teaspoon fresh ginger paste|1 lemon or lime|3 tablespoon honey|1 cup chilled water (filled water is better)|Iced cubes (optional)
|Put mint leaves, water, ginger paste, cucumber into the blender |Squeeze the lemon juice into the blender and blend the mixture well |Filter the juice, add honey and stir well |Add ice cubes if desire
